Program terms
Text alerts for our clients.
Contractor's Contractor sends short text messages to the owners and office staff of the contracting businesses we work for. This page explains exactly what those texts are, how you sign up, and how you stop them.
What we send
- Call summaries. When our answering line takes a call for your business, we text you who called, their callback number, what they need, and whether it is an emergency.
- Estimate requests. When a customer submits the estimate form on your website, we text you their name, number, and the job.
These are account and customer-care notifications about your own business. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
How you opt in
You choose text alerts when you set up service with us, by giving us the mobile number you want alerts sent to and confirming you want them, either in writing on your service agreement or by telling us during onboarding. We never add a number that was not given to us for this purpose, and we never text your customers through this program.
Frequency, rates, and stopping
- Message frequency varies with how many calls and estimate requests your business gets.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving alerts. Reply HELP for help.
- You can also call or text us at (816) 517-7874 to change or stop alerts at any time.
Privacy
Your mobile number is used only to deliver these alerts. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their marketing. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with any third party. Message content is limited to the call or request details described above.
